1. How Cookie Management Works

At elipack.com, cookies and third-party tracking technologies are not loaded by default. Before any visitor action, all statistical and advertising tools remain in an inactive state.

In practice: any element not strictly necessary for the basic functionality of the shop remains disabled until explicit consent is given. DEFAULT: OFF

2. Cookie Categories

Categories in use and their purpose
Essential, for basic functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, your account session, form submission and secure connections (e.g. woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*, wordpress_logged_in_*). These cannot be switched off.
Analytics, give us insight into how the shop is used (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager). Declining them does not affect functionality.
Ads & Personalization, used for campaign performance measurement, audience segmentation and ad retargeting (Google Ads via Google Tag Manager).
Embedded content, videos are shown from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and our location map from Google Maps. These services receive your connection data when the content loads.
Payment (essential), on the cart and checkout pages our payment provider sets cookies required for secure payment processing and fraud prevention: payabl. (card payments). They are classified as essential and are set only on those pages.

Note: our tag management system (Google Tag Manager) is configured to activate analytics and advertising tags only after the relevant consent category is given, preventing any premature loading of third-party scripts.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

Consent signals for analytics and advertising are initialised as denied from the first page load until you actively consent. This prevents any data collection before a positive choice is made.

Consent status updates take effect immediately after pressing Accept / Reject / Manage.

4. Where Your Choice Is Stored

Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser so the prompt is not shown on every visit, for up to 12 months. The following storage mechanisms are used, in order of priority:

Internal keys such as stealth_consent_choice, stealth_consent_time, stealth_consent_uuid and the first-party cookies sc_d / sc_c are used only to remember your choice between visits. They contain no personal data.

5. Revoking Consent (Clearing)

If you withdraw or downgrade your consent at any time, the system automatically initiates a cleanup of the cookies and storage entries associated with analytics and advertising services (e.g. _ga, _gid, _gcl_*).

Excluded from cleanup: cookies essential for the shop to work (cart, checkout, account session, security tokens, payment).

6. Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal and there is no prior consent record, this is interpreted as a preference for maximum privacy: the non-essential categories are treated as declined until you choose otherwise.

DNT: 1 → interpreted as an active privacy preference

7. Changing Your Preferences & Contact
