Due to strict sanitary and quality control standards, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges or returns are exclusively applicable in cases of a confirmed error on our part. Customers must notify Elipack in writing within 30 days of purchase, providing detailed evidence (including photographs and a description) of the error. Upon verification, a replacement or corrective action will be initiated. After this 30-day period, no returns or exchanges shall be accepted.

Product Integrity and Quality Assurance

In the event of a verified product error, Elipack’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or reimbursement of the affected product. Under no circumstances shall Elipack be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or non-use of our products.
