Our educational seminar was successfully completed, aiming to strengthen knowledge and promote sustainable vineyard development in the face of modern climate challenges.

Participants explored modern organic farming practices, gained insights into the impact of climate change on vineyards, and discovered practical solutions for resilient and high-quality wine production.

Special thanks to our trainer, Haroula Spinthiropoulou  – Argatia Winery – for traveling from Greece to be with us, as well as all the oenologists, winemakers, and agronomists who supported this initiative.

We successfully completed a specialized seminar – that took place at Elipack’s premises in the seminar room – focused on modern techniques for wine processing and stabilization after alcoholic fermentation. A program designed to highlight new methods that enhance product quality and stability.

We were honored to host trainers from abroad – Nicolas Seconde: France – Oenologist, Business – Winery Consultantand Apostolos Matamis: Greece – Agronomist, Oenologist, Winery Consultant – this seminar was designed with the aim of developing and strengthening the Cyprus wine sector. 🍷

As part of our ongoing commitment to offering high-quality services and knowledge-sharing opportunities, Elipack, in collaboration with Stirixis, had the honor of hosting a specialized training seminar at our premises in Limassol.

The session, held in our seminar room, featured Apostolos Matamis, a distinguished Agronomist, Oenologist, and Winery Consultant from Greece. The focus of the seminar was “Organic and Inorganic Nutrition of Yeasts – Saccharomyces & Non-Saccharomyces”, offering valuable insights into optimizing fermentation and improving the overall quality of wine production.

Attending a seminar regarding the Artificial Intelligence Revolution (AI) at Alasia Hotel in Limassol so as to expand our knowledge on this sector.

Elipack visited the ‘Andamoma’ – wine exhibition which took place at the Ajax Hotel in Limassol and was a landmark event for exploring the indigenous vines and wines of Cyprus. Visitors had the opportunity to meet the producers themselves, interact with them and delve into the production processes and historical background of each bottle of wine.
The ‘Andamoma’ wine exhibition was an opportunity for market professionals and wine lovers to discover Cyprus through its most emblematic wines made from indigenous and unique grape varieties.

Once again, WineCore’s unique wines came into the spotlight with the annual wine exhibition ‘Andamoma 2024’.

Our company attended the SITEVI exhibition at Montpellier – France, an international exhibition of equipment and know-how for vine-wine, olive, fruit and vegetable production.

Elipack completed a training course in the Theory and Practice of using Portable fire extinguishers.

Our company had a special event in 2021 at Palio Xydadiko in Limassol to introduce Saury Barrels into the Cyprus market where nearly all of the wineries around Cyprus were invited and attended.

BUCHER gave us a tour to Champagne Area to their Headquarters in France where we had the chance to visit several Champagne producers using Bucher equipment.
