From stainless steel containers, trays and oven moulds to transport containers and banquet trolleys, equipment for kitchens, catering and community catering are standardised to follow guidelines. The GN 1/2 insulation boxes from thermohauser follow these standards for insulated transportation of food, fresh goods and cooked dishes.

Variety and quality with GN 1/2 insulated boxes

The GN 1/2 insulated delivery boxes have base dimensions of 33 cm long by 27 cm wide (internal dimensions) and are available in varying usable heights. The box comes with a lid, while the practical recessed grips on the side make it easier to lift and carry. This insulated box is made of black, food-safe enhanced plastic (EPP) – a material that is characterised by minimal empty weight combined with excellent insulating properties and high break resistance.

This means the lightweight GN 1/2 is perfect for transporting both hot and cold food, fresh goods and cooked dishes. All you need to clean the box is hot, running water and a little washing-up liquid, however the box can also be washed in the dishwasher if necessary.
