The AIR-MATIC is a versatile pneumatic crown caps closing machine, engineered to handle crown caps of Ø26 and Ø29 as well as plastic mushroom stoppers. It offers adjustable height settings, accommodating bottle heights from 130 to 410 mm and diameters from 40 to 160 mm, making it ideal for diverse bottling needs. Equipped with dual control levers and a practical movement handle, the AIR-MATIC ensures precise and easy operation. Available in robust AISI 304 stainless steel or a painted steel option, it processes up to 600 bottles per hour, with optional features like a pressure controller and a bell for larger Ø31 crown caps.
